Zoom Meetings

La rencontre commence avec 1h de méditation en silence, puis Krishna parle ou lit un texte zen ou autre puis répond aux questions et commentaires sur notre vraie nature. Si vous préférez méditer chez vous et nous rejoindre à 20h cela est bienvenu aussi.

 

The meeting starts with 1h of silent meditation, then Krishna gives a short talk, sometimes read from a Zen or another text, and then opens the floor for questions, answers and comments, on our true nature. If you prefer to meditate without the computer on in your home and join us after the meditation that is also welcome.
